The Big Apple Chorus is a musical phenomenon. Founded in 1983, the chorus is comprised of talented men and women from throughout the New York metropolitan area, singing great music in professional choral attire combined with some exciting movement and expression.  The Big Apple Chorus is the Manhattan chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society (BHS).

The Big Apple Chorus' repertoire has included an entertaining blend of traditional barbershop songs, Gospel, Jazz, Broadway show tunes, popular standards, specialty numbers, and, of course, the official anthem of New York City, “New York, New York!.”
