Beer & Roses name was shortened from an anagram derived from, "Lead", "Bass", "Baritone", and "Tenor," but it also slyly reflects the essence of barbershop: meat, potatoes, a little romance and good times.
This is the newest quartet to come from the ranks of the Big Apple Chorus. Kevin Feltes (lead), Will McCain (tenor), Alexander Koller (Bari), Neal Siegal (bass) proudly won the Rahway Valley Novice Quartet Contest in February. All, except the bass, are new to the Barbershop Harmony Society.
In keeping with New York's reputation as a melting pot, they hail from round the country and world: Illinois, New Orleans, Germany and New York, respectively They have already done specialty engagements and performed at Symphony Space. They are available for hire.
