BAC on Broadway
Homage to Harlem.

The Manhattan Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society proudly presents The Big Apple Chorus in concert, Saturday April 21St. at 8PM at Symphony Space On Broadway at 95th St.

Special featured guest artists will include The Wiyos band: preeminent purveyors of vaudevillian hokum and old time American, country, ragtime, blues, swing, jug band music! Also featured will be the Barbershop Quartet "Our Town," a new configuration of favorite International competition quartet singers, including: Larry Tully, Terry Clarke, Jamie Carbone and BAC Director Emeritus, Scott Brannon singing lead, The irrepressible comic antic of Reveille will also be on hand.

The Big Apple will debut another of its trademark, a cappella spectaculars, featuring jazz music of Cab Calloway and Billy Holiday inspired by Harlem's Cotton Club during depression era, New York City of the 1930s. The evening also features the group's extravagant International Competition homage to Elvis.
